About the plant

INVENT-Tekhnostroi (ITS), the largest service and engineering subdivision of INVENT Group, carries out infrastructure construction and reconstruction of power lines of 110 kV and over, electric power stations and substations, heating systems, oil and gas lines, reservoirs, etc.

ITS LLC comprises design and construction subdivision, which performs works in accordance with Certificate of permit to front and engineering design works which effect capital construction project safety, issued by self-regulating organization (SRO) VOLGA-KAMA Union of architects and designers Non-commercial Partnership.

For maintenance of laboratory and instrument quality control of the works performed, the following certified laboratories operate as part of ITS LLC:

• nondestructive inspection laboratory which enables the enterprise to maintain quality control of the works performed and products manufactured using its own resources;
• electrical laboratory which enables the enterprise to test and measure consumer electric equipment and electric plants with voltage of up to 1 kV and over;
• construction technology laboratory which enables the enterprise to perform tests, analysis and measurements in the field of activity assigned to the laboratory.

High quality of the works performed and products manufactured is also maintained by quality management system operating at the enterprise and meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008, certified by international certification authority TUV Rheinland InterCert (TUV International RUS Ltd).

 ITS LLC is a general contractor in construction of sewage treatment plants facilities, power lines and external heating systems for TANECO OJSC, the largest Russian Complex of petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants. Among ITS references there are also construction of tanks, capital repairs, re-laying and reconstruction of oil trunk line submerged crossings, electric motor overhaul for Transneft, construction of gas pipelines for Gazprom, reconstruction of boilers and makeup demineralizers for facilities of Generating Company OJSC, construction and reconstruction of substations for Kazan Grid Company OJSC and heating systems.
