About the plant

TATCABLE is a large enterprise manufacturing cables and wires. The enterprise has state-of-the-art equipment manufactured by leading world companies: Niehoff (Germany), Caballe (Spain), Rosendahl (Austria), Maillefer (Switzerland-Finland), SIF (Italy), Haefely (Switzerland), Hipotronics (USA).

  The plant manufactures a full line of energy cables and wires:

• Insulated and bare conductors for overhead transmission lines;
• Power cables for fixed installation up to 3 kV;
• Power cables for fixed installation for 6-35 kV;
• Power cables for high and super-high voltage.

In terms of production output TATCABLE LLC ranks among the five largest Russian cable plants, and in terms of line of the products manufactured (full range of energy cables for voltage of up to 330 kV included), manufacturing technique and costs the plant has no parallel in the Russian Federation.

 All process operations at the plant are performed in one production building following the distinct route with minimum costs for half-finished material transportation. This allows decreasing considerably the production costs. Manufacturing technique makes it possible to manufacture cables with high accuracy of set-up parameters, which secures stable cable characteristics at considerable reduction of material consumption.

Manufacturing technique of TATCABLE LLC makes it possible to manufacture: 

• high-voltage cables up to 330 kV inclusively (currently it is imported to the territory of the Russian Federation, for there are no local manufacturers);
• current-carrying conductors (aluminum and copper) with section of up to 2500 mm²;
• cables with long factory drum length (mounting costs are reduced, cable line reliability is improved).

Quality management system of TATCABLE LLC is certified against the international standard ISO 9001-2008. All the products are manufactured in accordance with Russian and international standards GOST R, IEC. Availability of in-house laboratory and high-voltage cable testing in world-famous laboratories (certificates of these laboratories are generally acknowledged by the world's largest energy companies) guarantees constantly high quality of the products.
