About the plant

Tatteploizolyatsiya LLC (TTI) is an up-to-date plant producing foamed polyurethane (FPU) pre-insulated pipes and fabricated shapes of 32-1220 mm in external protective low-pressure polyethylene or galvanized steel cladding (pipe-in-pipe system). In terms of production volume Tatteploizolyatsiya ranks among the four largest Russian manufacturers of FPU pipes and fabricated shapes. Production shop is equipped with up-to-date production line manufactured by leading world manufacturer of FPU pipe equipment - KWN (Finland). As of today the production rate of more than 1500 rm of heat-insulated pipes per day and fabricated shapes thereto is reached.  

FPU-insulated pipelines have numerous doubtless advantages:

• reduction of heat energy loss during transportation minimum three times;
• extension of heating system service life without capital repairs minimum four times (up to 25-30 years);
• heating system installation cost cutting;
• achievement of total annual economic effect up to 30-45 thousand rubles/km. 

Manufacturing technique makes allows fabricate simultaneously pipes in FPU insulation and fabricated shapes, technical parameters whereof are different from commercial ones in size, heat-insulation layer thickness, used operating environment materials and other parameters. Steel pipe blast cleaning unit and corona treatment plant on PE cladding extrusion line allows manufacturing  pipes and fabricated shapes with high degree of adhesion.

Tatteploizolyatsiya constantly develops and introduces innovative designs of Russian and foreign companies, institutes and laboratories. Experience gained by the enterprise makes it possible to deal with a wide range of matters: design, delivery of materials, butt joints assembly, operational and remote control system setup, pipeline commissioning with granting of 5-year guarantee.

The plant products have won popularity among such large consumers as MTK OJSC, MOEK OJSC, Dubna Technology development special economic zone OJSC, Kazanskaya Teplosetevaya Kompaniya OJSC, contracting organizations engaged in construction of Universiade-2013 facilities, etc.

 The products are certified according to Russian and international standards GOST R, ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000). Due to availability of certified laboratory, continuous receipt raw material and prefabricated heat-insulated FPU pipe and fabricated shape control is maintained using its own resources, which guarantees constantly high quality of products.
