2. Conductor screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene.
3. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (Пв).
4. Insulation screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene.
5. Separating layer made of semiconducting crepe paper tape or semiconducting non-woven cloth.
6. Screen made of copper wires connected by means of copper tape:
- with section of minimum 16 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 50-120 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 25 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 150-240 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 35 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of over 300 sq. mm.
Note: Screen section is selected depending on short-circuit currents which shall be calculated according to field cable installation conditions. It is possible to manufacture cables with increased screen section.
7. Separating layer made of two crepe paper tapes or polymeric tapes.
8. Inner filling (inner sheath) made of PVC compound
