1. Central filling made of bundle or copper wire in the center of sector cable core;
2. Round- or sector-shaped, stranded, compacted current-carrying conductor:
- metarial:
АПвВ, АПвБВ, АПвКВ, АПвКаВ, АПвКсВ – aluminum (А),
ПвВ, ПвБВ, ПвКВ, ПвКаВ, ПвКсВ – copper,
- section:
6 kV cables (round-shaped conductor) - 35-240 sq. mm
10, 20, 35 kV cables (round-shaped conductor) – 50–240 sq. mm
6, 10 kV cables (sector-shaped conductor) – 120–240 sq. mm;
3. Conductor screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene;
4. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (Пв);
5. Conductor screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene;
6. Separating layer made of semiconducting crepe paper tape;
7. Screen made of copper wires connected by means of copper tape (for sector cables collective screen is applied over three insulated conductors)
- with section of minimum 16 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 35-120 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 25 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 150-300 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 35 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of over 300 sq. mm.
Note: Screen section is selected depending on short-circuit currents which shall be calculated according to field cable installation conditions. It is possible to manufacture cables with increased screen section.
8. Interphase filling made of rubber compound;
9. Inner sheath made of PVC compound (for armored cables);
10. Armor made of steel galvanized tapes (Б) or steel galvanized wires (K),
aluminum wires (Ka) or aluminum alloy wires (Kc).
11. Sheath made of PVC compound.
