2. Conductor screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene;
3. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (Пв);
4. Insulation screen made of extruded semiconducting cross-linked polyethylene;
5. Separating layer made of:
- semiconducting crepe paper tape - for cables without “г” index;
- semiconducting water-blocking tape - for cables with “г” index;
6. Screen made of copper wires connected by means of copper tape:
- with section of minimum 16 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 25-120 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 25 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 150-300 sq. mm,
- with section of minimum 35 sq. mm for cables with conductor section of 400 sq. mm and more,
Note: Screen section is selected depending on short-circuit currents which shall be calculated according to field cable installation conditions. It is possible to manufacture cables with increased screen section.
7. Separating layer made of:
- two crepe paper tapes or rubber-coated cloth - for cables without “г” index, or polymeric tape,
- two crepe paper tapes or rubber-coated cloth - for cables with “г”, “уг” indices,
- layer of semiconducting water-blocking tape - for cables with “2г”, “у2г“ indices.
8. Separating layer made of alumopolymer tape (for cables with “2г”, “у2г” indices).
9. Sheath made of:
- polyethylene (П) - for cables without “у” index.
- thickened polyethylene (Пу) - for cables with “у” index.
