1. Current-carrying conductor is made of copper, solid or stranded conductor, round- or sector-shaped, of class 1 or 2 as per GOST 22483.

2. Thermal barrier is a lapping made of two micaceous tapes.

3. Insulation is made of flame-resistant polyvinylchloride compound. Insulated conductors of multi-conductor cables have distinctive color. Insulation of neutral conductors is performed in blue color. Insulation of grounding conductors is performed in two colors (green and yellow).

4. Twist - insulated conductors of two-, three-, four- and five conductor cables are twisted. All conductors of the cable must be uniform. It is allowed to perform four conductor cables with one conductor of lesser section (grounding or neutral conductor).

5. Inner sheath is made of flame-resistant PVC compound.

6. Armor is made of two steel tapes overlaid in such a way that the top tape covers gaps between lays of the bottom tape. For single core cables armor is made of aluminum alloy tapes.

7. Outer sheath is made of flame-resistant polyvinylchloride compound.

Application:

– For power and electric signals transmission and distribution in fixed electric plants at alternating voltage of 660 V and 1000 V with frequency of up to 100 Hz.
– For industrial purposes and nuclear power stations (NPS) outside the containment area in NPS systems class 2 when delivered to domestic market and for export, including to tropical countries.
– For installation in cable structures and spaces, including explosion-hazardous zones of all classes, except for B-1 class explosion-hazardous zones.

Cables are designed for bunched installation.

Power cables with copper conductors insulated by PVC with low fire hazard, armored, jacketed by PVC with low fire hazard, fire-resistant.

Construction:
