Welded fillet couplings with process rings for repair of circular welds (of P5 type), and extended welded fillet coupling (of P5U type) with process rings for repair of circumferential welds and defects in pipe wall consist of:

• central ring;
• two process rings.

Central ring is overlapped with side rings by means of welding.

Basic parameters:

1. Fillet P5, P5U couplings with process rings are made of 500 mm, 1.5 of pipe nominal diameter in length respectively.

By agreement with the customer manufacture of couplings of other length is allowed.

A tolerance for length:

• for couplings with length of maximum 1000 mm - ±3mm;
• of above 1000mm - ±4mm.

2. Inner diameter – 159 - 1220 mm.

3. Wall thickness – 8 - 18mm.

Each coupling loaded out the enterprise is accompanied by the document (coupling certificate) certifying its quality.
