Heat-Insulated Pipe
Outside diameter of pipes may be from 32 to 1420 mm. Steel pipe length for diameters of maximum 219 mm is 8-12 m, for diameter of 273 mm and above - from 10 to 12 m.
In pipes with diameter up to 426 mm inclusively two conductors of on-line test indicator are installed. Conductors are placed in parallel with pipe axis in plane of one section. At the upper position of steel pipe longitudinal weld conductors are in positions corresponding to 3 and 9 hours.
In pipes with diameter of 530 mm and above three conductors-indicators are installed in positions corresponding to 3, 9 and 12 hours. Provided that steel pipe longitudinal weld is in (12 ± 2h) position.
