
SE-2000 (Switchboard equipment) is a low voltage electrical switchboard (hereinafter - LVES) of unilateral maintenance in air insulated metallic cases, with fixed and/or drawout automatic circuit breakers, fixed load break switches with fuses, current transformers, control and warning devices.
Designed for distribution of energy of three phase alternating current with voltage of 380/220V and frequency of 50 Hz in networks with insulated or dead-grounded neutral, for overload and short circuit protection and also for control, measurement and warning.
Main advantages
Variety of structural and circuit design
SE-2000 design has a modular concept, which allows manufacturing boards of any configuration with different versions of functional assembly separation. Cable and busbars can be connected in upper or lower part of the board.
Wide range of SE-2000 circuit designs makes it possible to choose engineering solutions for each particular object (customer). By using fuse load break switches, automatic circuit breakers with microprocessor units, control and warning devices it is possible to manufacture LVES with distribution circuits of different levels of complexity.
High reliability
Use of up-to-date switches, fuse load break switches, control and warning devices and protection relays secure high reliability of SE-2000 operation.
Simple and convenient maintenance
Devices are installed into fixed or drawout modules, all the controls are located on the face side. Operation and control are maintained without opening of doors.
Maintenance safety
Due to design it is possible to provide the required form of internal functional assembly sectionalization as per GOST К
51321.1-2000. Mechanical and electrical interlocks prevent possible errors of maintenance personnel. Installation of drawout modules with equipment or use of drawout switches makes it possible to maintain them without removal of voltage and secures safe operation.
Small size
Modular design concept allows manufacturing small-size boards, which substantially cuts the costs for construction of premises for new switchgear and upgrade the existing switchgear without expanding the space.
Remote control and data collection
By using up-to-date switches and microprocessor protection units it is possible to integrate SG based on SE-2000 into electricity metering systems, supervisory control system and SCADA-system.
Quality assurance
LVES are supplied as transportable ready-to-operate sections. Due to high reliability and good life of the equipment used and prefabrication quality, LVES life was extended considerably and the operating costs were cut. LVES life is minimum 25 years.
LVES SE-2000 are used at all levels of energy distribution in networks with voltage of 0.4 kV. Based on SE-2000 there can be manufactured:
main switchboards for current of up to 6300 A;
motor control centres for current of up to 2500 A.
Operating conditions
Boards are designed for installation in power control rooms and operation in normal conditions as per GOST R 51321.1 in moderated climate areas.
Climatic version and placement category is CMV as per GOST 15150.
Rated values of climatic environmental factors during board operation as per GOST 15150:
ambient temperature is from 25°С below zero up to 40°С above zero;
relative air humidity is 80% at the temperature of 15°С above zero;
Altitude above sea level is maximum 1000 m;
environment is not explosive, does not contain current-conducting dust, aggressive gases and fumes in concentrations breaking the materials and insulation.
If it is necessary to install LVES in rooms with ambient temperature lower than 25°С below zero, automatic heating elements ensuring normal temperature conditions of devices operation are installed in the boards.
