In the 28th and 29th of September two delegations visited INVENT Technopolis: OJSC TANECO and OJSC TATNEFT, and also OJSC MOESK (Moscow United Electric Grid Company) headed by the Director General Andrey Konovalov. 

In the 28^th of September the excursion for the representatives of OJSC TANECO and OJSC TATNEFT started with the presentation of INVENT group. The managing director of INVENT, LLC Eldar Orudzhev introduced to the guests the structure of INVENT group, told about the existing production facilities and service potential, future projects and prospects of the group. In his speech he accentuated the integrated approach to the services offered by INVENT group – from engineering to construction on a turnkey basis.

Particularly, the engineering is realized by “Kazanski Electroproekt” – the  long-standing and safe partner of INVENT group. The construction of different purpose projects is carried out by the largest service and engineering subdivision of INVENT Group - NVENT-Tekhnostroi.

In the 29^th of September the delegation of OJSC MOESK also included Mikhail Kuprin -  Deputy Director General, Eduard Podadaev – Director of the branch “High-Voltage Cable Networks”, Ruslan Lobach – Director of the purchases and logistics department, Alexander Shmagel’sky - Deputy Director General – Chief of Staff, Andrey Lomshakov – Chief of the distributive network service.

During the visit the delegations saw the main manufacturing enterprises of INVENT group, which are situated in the territory of the Technopolis. 

At the INVENT-Electro factory the electrotechnical production, including energy-efficient equipment were presented to the guests. These are the cells for medium and low voltage (switchgear of unilateral maintenance, low voltage package module, cubicle switchboards), variable frequency drive control stations, compensators of reacting power, and small unitized package transformer substations.

INVENT-Electro produces both licensed production and the equipment, based on the plant’s own unique design and technology. At the factory step-by-step and mutually complementary production process is employed.

Products made of sheet metal are used in production of cells, while the finished cells are placed inside the unitized package transformer substations. Besides, the constructors of the plant design the “economical” versions of the equipment. For example, the small switchgears of unilateral maintenance, or transformer substations of “container” type.

The guests also visited Tatteploizolyatsiya plant, which produces heat-insulated pipes and fittings in polyethylene and galvanized coating. These pipes let reduce heat energy loss, cut construction, operating and repair costs in the heating main.

The delegations paid much attention to TATKABEL plant, which can be rightfully called the factory of world level.

At the plant, according to the duly arranged route cable and wire production with high accuracy of set-up parameters is produced. For example, power cables with voltage up to 330 kV inclusively, which let cover each stage in the energy transformation and distribution system. The guests also appreciated the testing base of the plant where control of the output is carried out. The high-tech cable with voltage up to 330 kV inclusively is tested in the test laboratory «Haefely»-«Hipotronics» (Switzerland). Cables for the lesser voltage are tested in the central laboratory of the plant, which secures its invariable high quality.

For reference: INVENT group is the general contractor of the projecting and construction of the three objects for Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants OJSC TANECO (waste water treatment facilities, overhead transmission lines, steam pipeline). INVENT group also procures the Complex with electrotechnical equipment, cable and wire production.
