On the 12^th of March, 2011 Moscow Mayor, Sergey Sobyanin and the Deputy mayor for urban development policy and construction, Marat Husnullin visited Kazan city. 

The first visit of Sergey Sobyanin to the capital of Tatarstan in the capacity of Moscow Mayor began with the visit to the INVENT Technopolis and Tatcable plant in particular. At the plant the exhibition of the industrial companies of RT took place, where the high-ranking guests and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnihanov were presented the most modern developments and projects of the leading Tatarstan companies. 

The governor was especially interested in the exhibition of INVENT group, where the leading companies of the holding presented their production. The General director of INVENT, Elbek Safaev acquainted the guests with the structure of the holding, told about the main manufacturing capacities of the group situated in the territory of the Republic Tatarstan. First of all it is INVENT Technopolis – here are concentrated the most modern factories producing energy-oriented production which is highly demanded in the capital region.
 

It should be noted that INVENT group has been working with Moscow region since 2004. The group procures heat-insulated pipes and fittings produced by Tatteploizolyatsiya for Moscow United Energy Company and Moscow Heating Company, UPTS and electric equipment (INVENT-Electro) for Moscow United Electric Greed Company and Kvadra, and also cable and wire production (Tatcable plant). 

Besides the manufacturing capacities of the group are supported by the companies of the resource base (RiSD, SKM, ZZMK-Timer, Tagum) and by the service and engineering subdivision of the holding – INVENT-Technostroi. In the references of the company is the whole complex of works including reconstruction and turnkey construction of power and cable lines, electric power stations and substations, heating systems, oil and gas facilities.

The programme of the visit included excursion at the Tatcable plant. Director general of INVENT group, Elbek Safaev told the guests about the technological capacities of the factory, showed the main manufacturing lines, where the cables and wires were produced. 

 At the end of the excursion VIP guests saw the specimen of high-voltage cable for 330 kV, which was produced at Tatcable – the only cable plant in Russia which had developed its production.

At the meeting in Kazan Kremlin Sergey Sobyanin called Tatarstan one of the major economic partners of Moscow. The trade turnover between RT and Moscow is 12 billion rubles per year. And it is far from limit.

- There are lots of things you can see and learn in Tatarstan – noted Sobyanin. The way relations between two regions are build will influence the development of both RT and Moscow.
