The students took part in the joint corporate and integrated programme of education, organized by both INVENT GC and Kazan energy technical secondary school. The programme is intended for training of cable production specialists with the subsequent job placement at Tatcable plant.
During the last academic year INVENT GC took active part in the life of the supported class: specialists of the holding carried out various entertaining and educational events, helped with the theoretical materials and practical training. The students visited specialized exhibitions, took part in the yearly competition “Territory of energy”, took their examinations in electrical safety, underwent training at the factory.
On June, 2011 the students defended their degree works and received diplomas of high professional education with the qualification “technician”. They were also handed certificates with the qualification “third-class electrician of cabling” and certifications, which confirm II and III group of electrical safety.
Today graduating students from Kazan energy technical secondary school have already started their professional career at Tatcable plant. Favourable conditions for work are created here. Young and friendly staff of the factory helps the yesterday’s students to adapt to the working environment and to acquire status of young specialists.
