The opening of the exhibition took place on the 30th of November with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, the deputy minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Fardiev. More than 160 companies took part in the exhibition and presented up-to-date equipment and innovative technologies in the sphere of energy and resource saving.

INVENT group is the active participant of the Republic special-purpose programme “Energy and resource efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan”. INVENT presented at the exhibition 4 main areas of its activity: production of elechtrotechnical and energy-efficient equipment (INVENT-Electro), of heat-insulated pipes (TTI), designing, engineering and construction of power- generating, grid and heat-engineering facilities up to turnkey (ITS). And, the youngest, but at the same time the most promising field – the production of energy cable for voltage up to 330 kV included (Tatcable). Today Tatcable is the only plant in the territory of Russian Federation which is able to produce high-voltage cable 330 kV. The official delegation highly appreciated the production and service capabilities of INVENT group and dynamic pace of development, which was set by the management of the holding headed by General director Elbek Safaev.

The contest “Energy-efficient equipment and technologies” was carried out within the bounds of the exhibition. Competitive committee headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov examined all the applications and chose the very best of them including production and equipment of INVENT group. According to the results of the contest INVENT-Electro was awarded with the bronze diploma (for low-voltage package module) in the nomination “Equipment and technologies which let while their adoption cut down operational costs on using fuel and energy resources and materials and/or reduce harmful influence on environment during life cycle”. Tatcable plant became the winner in the special nomination “The novelty of the year”.

On the 3th of December in the territory of exhibition center “Kazan Fair” took place the meeting of the workgroup of energy-efficiency under the Committee under the President of the Russian Federation of modernization and technological development of the Economy of Russia. The meeting was held with the participation of the Minister of Economic development of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov.
Before the beginning of the meeting Elvira Nabiullina and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov saw round the exposition of the exhibition “Energy. Resource-saving”. The guests were presented the achievements in the sphere of energy and resource-efficiency of the largest companies of the Republic of Tatarstan, among which is the dynamically developing INVENT holding.

At the closing of the exhibition the President of the Republic of Tatarstan presented the top-managers of the largest companies of the republic with the letters of thanks for the adoption of energy-efficient technologies. This award also received one of the managers of INVENT group – the director of Tatcable plant Victor Miller.
