Personnel policy

The main purpose of personnel policy of INVENT Group is building, development and maintenance of optimum highly professional collective body necessary for fulfillment of the strategic tasks of the Company, maintenance of its efficient operation, dynamic development and the most complete satisfaction of its Clients. We consider our employees as a strategic active, and personnel costs - as long-term investments to business promotion. 

We create, maintain and develop corporate culture that integrates employees into a strong team, forms a uniform understanding of missions and goals facing the company, motivates personnel to their achievement. That contributes to occupational satisfaction, provides for efficient operation of the Company and its competitiveness on the market. An important constituent of corporate culture is youth movement.
