Synergy Project

Within the framework of cluster approach to energy development in the Republic of Tatarstan, INVENT Group maintains Synergy project for creation of production and service base for republican energy cluster in the Republic of Tatarstan. Energy cluster structure comprises manufacturing and service enterprises, suppliers of equipment and materials, engineering and consulting firms, research establishments, schools, higher educational institutions and training centers, credit organizations and banks, infrastructure, regional administrations, professional and public organizations and consumers (power engineering and industrial enterprises). 

Production and service base of energy cluster includes manufacture of up-to-date equipment for energy and other industries and provision of full range of service and engineering services, including turnkey construction of energy facilities. 

Synergy is translated from Greek as cooperation. Synergy can be interpreted as collateral positive effect occurring at element integration into a unified system. This effect when 1+1=3 is called synergetic. Such effect provides integration of all participants of development-production-supply-consumption chain into energy cluster for the Republic's economy.  

The mission: 

The mission of the project is to develop humane, industrial and economic potential by creating of a modern company possessing a powerful brand and working in a competitive market. 

The aim of the project: 

Integration and coordination of subjects of the power-engineering cluster into a united “production-and-supply and service-and-consumption” network for the sake of enhancing efficiency of business processes inside the cluster and involvement of many participants of the process for increasing of the synergetic effect.

Tasks of the project: 

1. Forming a core of production enterprises with simultaneous attraction of new technologies and high professional young personnel to provide the power energy system with high quality product:

Creating a new generation of specialists in electric heat engineering industry by providing the enterprises of the group with training of young employees. 

Development of production through engagement of modern technologies and employment of experience in domain of production and management 

Development of own technologies and implementing them into production through support of scientific projects, innovations and development of scientific and technical bases. 

Development of engineering services through project construction and engineering detachments.

2. Attraction of new parties to increase the amount of the project and its further development:

Opening of new production facilities through involving of investment. 

Development of service sector through creation of an own service base. 

Enhancing of synergetic effect through increase of number of participants in the project, structuring and coordination of their interconnections.
